Here are the basic facts:
- The minimum investment is ten ($10,000) thousand dollars (USD).

- The second, and subsequent year(s) return is based on actual profits.
- Early withdrawals are allowed but NO dividend is paid or earned. This is retroactive from the day of the initial investment.
- Early withdrawals are subject to a ten (10%) processing fee.
- Your investment will be collateralized by a note issued by Lottery Gold, N.V. Your note will be collateralized by the issuance of Preferred Shares corresponding to the amount you invest.
- Shares are issued in your name and you hold the share certificate.
- When / if you withdraw your investment you return the Preferred Stock shares to Lottery Gold, N.V.
- Our Investors are always awarded with dividends BEFORE common share holders.
- You will need to provide, a Letter of Reference from your bank or financial institution, a certified copy of your photo I.D. (passport or government driver's license) and a copy of a utility bill.
- Lottery Gold will provide you with a "Source of Funds" document (Where your investment funds are coming from, i.e. bank account, 401K, etc.)
