Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of LotteryGold.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the LotteryGold.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the LotteryGold.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. This agreement is between Southern Highlands Limited (SHL, a European company) and the Affiliate. 2. SHL reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. 3. SHL reserves the right to decline an Affiliate account application, without reason or cause. 4. SHL reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, at our absolute discretion. All accounts will be settled and any outstanding commissions paid up to and including the termination date within 30 days at the end of the current accounting period. 5. All accounts will be settled weekly with a two week delay, subject to conditions outlined in paragraph 6. 6. If the due total for the current accounting period is less than 50 US dollars, the outstanding amount will be carried over to the next accounting period. 7. We will require a valid taxpayer identifcation number for your country of citizenship. 8. Any custom promotional material or artwork, is subject to our review. 9. The account may be terminated by the Affiliate at any time. Termination must be in writing and all outstanding accounts up to and including the termination date, will be settled within 30 days at the end of the next accounting period. 10. SHL will pay a 10% commission from any purchase identified as being made by a person referred via a link placed on the referring Affiliate's web site. The sale must be made within six months of referral for a commission to be due. 11. SHL will pay a 2% bonus commission from any purchase identified as being made through an affiliate who provided Affiliate's ID as their "referrer" when they joined the affiliate program. 12. If a single customer is referred by more than one Affiliate, only the first Affiliate will be recognized. 13. A referral commission will not be paid on orders that are fraudulent, result in a chargeback, or a customer refund. 14. Affiliate may NOT promote SHL products or hyperlink addresses in any unsolicited email or spam. 15. This agreement in no way authorizes Affiliate to represent SHL or it's products to any third parties.
